21. 　But you, O God my LORD, deal on my behalf
　　　for your name’s sake;
　　　because your steadfast love is good, deliver me!

　　　しかし　神よ　私の主よ　あなたは御名のために
　　　私にみわざを行ってください。
　　　御恵みのすばらしさのゆえに　私を救い出してください。

22. 　For I am poor and needy,
　　　and my heart is stricken within me.

　　　私は苦しみ　そして貧しく
　　　私の心は私のうちで傷ついています。

23. 　I am gone like a shadow at evening;
　　　I am shaken off like a locust.

　　　私は　伸びていく夕日の影のように去り行き
　　　いなごのように振り払われます。

24. 　My knees are weak through fasting,
　　　my body has become gaunt, with no fat.

　　　私の膝は断食のためによろけ
　　　肉は削(そ)げ落ち　痩(や)せ衰えました。

25. 　I am an object of scorn to my accusers;
　　　when they see me, they wag their heads.

　　　私は彼らのそしりの的となり
　　　彼らは私を見て　頭を振ります。

26. 　Help me, O LORD my God!
　　　Save me according to your steadfast love!

　　　私の神　主よ　私を助けてください。
　　　あなたの恵みによって　私をお救いください。

27. 　Let them know that this is your hand;
　　　you, O LORD, have done it!

　　　こうして　彼らが知るようにしてください。
　　　これは　あなたの御手
　　　主よ　あなたがそれをなされたのだと。

28. 　Let them curse, but you will bless!
　　　They arise and are put to shame,
　　　but your servant will be glad!

　　　彼らは呪います。しかしあなたは祝福してくださいます。
　　　彼らは立ち上がり　恥を見ます。
　　　しかし　あなたのしもべは喜びます。

29. 　May my accusers be clothed with dishonor;
　　　may they be wrapped in their own shame as in a cloak!

　　　私を告発する者たちが侮辱を被り
　　　恥を上着として身にまといますように。

30. 　With my mouth I will give great thanks to the LORD;
　　　I will praise him in the midst of the throng.

　　　私はこの口で　大いに主に感謝し
　　　多くの人の中で　主を賛美します。

31. 　For he stands at the right hand of the needy,
　　　to save him from those who condemn his soul to death.

　　　主が貧しい人の右に立ち
　　　死を宣告する者たちから彼を救われるからです。



(PRAYER 祈り)
Thanks be to You, O Lord Jesus, for Your bitter suffering and Your
shameful death, by which You as a faithful High Priest, have purchased
us from the curse of the Law.

感謝します。主イエスよ。あなたの苦難と屈辱の死に。それによりあなた
は忠実な大祭司として、私たちを律法の呪いから贖ってくださいました。

Grant us the gift of Your Spirit, that we may live in true repentance,
and may bring before our Father a soul sprinkled with Your sacred
blood. Amen.

私たちにあなたの御霊の恵みをお与えください。そうすれば私たちは真の
悔改めをしつつ生きて行けるでしょう。また私たちの御父の御前に、あな
たの血を注がれたたましいを携えて行くことができるでしょう。アーメン。
