129.　　Your testimonies are wonderful;
　　　　therefore my soul keeps them.

　　　　あなたのさとしは奇しく
　　　　それゆえ　私のたましいはそれに目を留めます。

130.　　The unfolding of your words gives light;
　　　　it imparts understanding to the simple.

　　　　みことばの戸が開くと　光が差し
　　　　浅はかな者に悟りを与えます。

131.　　I open my mouth and pant,
　　　　because I long for your commandments.

　　　　私は口を大きく開けて　あえぎます。
　　　　まことに　私はあなたの仰せを慕います。

132.　　Turn to me and be gracious to me,
　　　　as is your way with those who love your name.

　　　　御名を愛する者のために定められておられるように
　　　　私に御顔を向け　私をあわれんでください。

133.　　Keep steady my steps according to your promise,
　　　　and let no iniquity get dominion over me.

　　　　みことばによって　私の歩みを確かにし
　　　　どんな不法にも　私を支配させないでください。

134.　　Redeem me from man’s oppression,
　　　　that I may keep your precepts.

　　　　私を人の虐げから贖い出し
　　　　あなたの戒めを守るようにしてください。

135.　　Make your face shine upon your servant,
　　　　and teach me your statutes.

　　　　御顔をあなたのしもべの上に照り輝かせ
　　　　あなたのおきてを教えてください。

136.　　My eyes shed streams of tears,
　　　　because people do not keep your law.

　　　　私の目から涙がとめどなく流れ落ちます。
　　　　彼らがあなたのみおしえを守らないからです。

137.　　Righteous are you, O LORD,
　　　　and right are your just decrees.

　　　　主よ　あなたは正しくあられます。
　　　　あなたのさばきは真っ直ぐです。

138.　　You have appointed your testimonies in righteousness
　　　　and in all faithfulness.

　　　　義をもって　あなたはさとしを与えられました。
　　　　この上もない真実をもって。

139.　　My zeal consumes me,
　　　　because my foes forget your words.

　　　　私の激しい思いは私を滅ぼし尽くすほどです。
　　　　私の敵があなたのみことばを忘れているからです。

140.　　Your promise is well tried,
　　　　and your servant loves it.

　　　　あなたのみことばは　よく練られていて
　　　　あなたのしもべはそれを愛しています。

141.　　I am small and despised,
　　　　yet I do not forget your precepts.

　　　　私は取るに足りない者で　蔑まれています。
　　　　しかし　あなたの戒めを忘れてはいません。

142.　　Your righteousness is righteousness forever,
　　　　and your law is true.

　　　　あなたの義のわざは　永遠の義
　　　　あなたのみおしえは　まことです。

143.　　Trouble and anguish have found me out,
　　　　but your commandments are my delight.

　　　　苦難と窮乏が私に襲いかかっています。
　　　　しかし　あなたの仰せは私の喜びです。

144.　　Your testimonies are righteous forever;
　　　　give me understanding that I may live.

　　　　あなたのさとしは　永遠に義です。
　　　　私に悟らせ　私を生かしてください。


(PRAYER 祈り)
Praise and honor belong to You, our God, because You have given us
Your Word, by which You clothe our poor and naked souls in the
garments of salvation, and bring to us heavenly and abiding treasures.

私たちの神様、称賛と栄誉は、あなたのものです。なぜならあなたは私たち
にあなたの御言葉をくださったからです。それにより、私たちの貧弱で裸の
たましいを、救いの衣服に包んでくださいました。いままた、天の永久の
宝へと連れていってください。

Fashion our hearts by Your Holy Spirit, that we crave not the things of
this earth, but desire the things above. Amen.

あなたの御霊によって、私たちの心を形作ってください。そうすれば、私た
ちはこの世のものを欲しがらず、天にあるものを望むでしょう。　アーメン。
