以前のPevznerの本とあまり変わらない雰囲気。

A. Isaev Introduction to Mathematical Methods in Bioinformatics
この手の本にしてはかなり数式が多いですが、見かけほど難しくはなさそうです。

A.Moffat and A.Turpin Compression and coding algorithms.
まぁ題名のとおりの本ですが、BWTなど結構新しい(?)こともまで入ってます。

W; Szpankowski Average case analysis of algorithms on sequences
なんかかなりマニアックな本ですが、なかなか面白い視点の本です。文字列アルゴリズムをこの視点から書いた本はこれが唯一ではないでしょうか。
