Psalm106 　詩篇第106篇　Part3

24. 　Then they despised the pleasant land,
　　　having no faith in his promise.

　　　しかも彼らは尊い地を蔑み
　　　神のみことばを信じず

25. 　They murmured in their tents,
　　　and did not obey the voice of the LORD.

　　　自分たちの天幕の中で不平を言い、
　　　主の御声を聞かなかった。

26. 　Therefore he raised his hand and swore to them
　　　that he would make them fall in the wilderness,

　　　それで主は彼らにこう誓われた。
　　　彼らを荒野で打ち倒し

27. 　and would make their offspring fall among the nations,
　　　scattering them among the lands.

　　　その子孫を国々の間に投げ散らし
　　　彼らを地にあまねくまき散らそうと。

28. 　Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor,
　　　and ate sacrifices offered to the dead;

　　　彼らはまた　バアル・ぺオルとくびきをともにし
　　　死者へのいけにえを食べた。

29. 　they provoked the LORD to anger with their deeds,
　　　and a plague broke out among them.

　　　こうして　自らの行いによって御怒りを引き起こし
　　　彼らに主の罰が下った。

30. 　Then Phinehas stood up and intervened,
　　　and the plague was stayed.

　　　そのとき　ピネハスが立ち
　　　仲立ちをしたので　主の罰は終わった。

31. 　And that was counted to him as righteousness
　　　from generation to generation forever.

　　　このことは　代々にわたり永遠に
　　　彼の義と認められた。

32. 　They angered him at the waters of Meribah,
　　　and it went ill with Moses on their account,

　　　彼らはメリバの水のほとりで主を怒らせた。
　　　モーセは彼らのゆえに　わざわいを被(こうむ)った。

33. 　for they made his spirit bitter,
　　　and he spoke rashly with his lips.

　　　彼らが主の御霊に逆らったとき
　　　彼が軽率なことを口にしたのである。

34. 　They did not destroy the peoples,
　　　as the LORD commanded them,

　　　彼らは　主が命じられたのに
　　　諸国の民を滅ぼさず

35. 　but they mixed with the nations
　　　and learned to do as they did.

　　　かえって　異邦の民と交わり
　　　その習わしに倣(なら)い

36. 　They served their idols,
　　　which became a snare to them.

　　　その偶像に仕えた。
　　　それが彼らにとって罠となった。

37. 　They sacrificed their sons
　　　and their daughters to the demons;

　　　彼らは自分たちの息子と娘を
　　　悪霊へのいけにえとして献(ささ)げ

38. 　they poured out innocent blood,
　　　the blood of their sons and daughters,
　　　whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan,
　　　and the land was polluted with blood.

　　　咎なき者の血を流した。
　　　彼らの息子や娘たちの血
　　　それをカナンの偶像のいけにえとした。
　　　こうしてその国土は血で汚された。

39. 　Thus they became unclean by their acts,
　　　and played the whore in their deeds.

　　　このように彼らはその行いによって自分を汚し
　　　そのわざによって姦淫を犯した。

40. 　Then the anger of the LORD was kindled
　　　against his people,
　　　and he abhorred his heritage;

　　　それで　主の怒りは御民に向って燃え上がり
　　　主は自分のゆずりの民を忌み嫌われた。

41. 　he gave them into the hand of the nations,
　　　so that those who hated them ruled over them.

　　　主は彼らを国々の手に渡されたので
　　　彼らを憎む者たちが彼らを支配した。

42. 　Their enemies oppressed them,
　　　and they were brought into subjection
　　　under their power.

　　　敵どもが彼らを虐げたので
　　　彼らは征服され　敵の手に下った。

43. 　Many times he delivered them,
　　　but they were rebellious in their purposes
　　　and were brought low through their iniquity.

　　　主は幾たびとなく彼らを救い出されたが
　　　彼らは相謀って逆らい
　　　自分たちの不義の中におぼれた。

44. 　Nevertheless, he looked upon their distress,
　　　when he heard their cry.

　　　それでも　彼らの叫びを聞いたとき
　　　主は彼らの苦しみに目を留められた。

45. 　For their sake he remembered his covenant,
　　　and relented according to the abundance
　　　of his steadfast love.

　　　主は彼らのためにご自分の契約を想い起こし
　　　豊かな恵みにしたがって　彼らをあわれまれた。

46. 　He caused them to be pitied
　　　by all those who held them captive.

　　　彼らを捕らえ移したすべての者たちから
　　　彼らがあわれまれるようにしてくださった。

47. 　Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from
　　　among the nations,
　　　that we may give thanks to your holy name
　　　and glory in your praise.

　　　私たちの神　主よ　私たちをお救いください。
　　　国々から私たちを集めてください。
　　　あなたの聖なる御名に感謝し
　　　あなたの誉れを勝ち誇るために。

48. 　Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel,
　　　from everlasting to everlasting!
　　　And let all the people say,
　　　“Amen!” Praise the LORD!

　　　ほむべきかな　イスラエルの神　主
　　　とこしえから　とこしえまで。

　　　民はみな「アーメン」と言え。
　　　ハレルヤ。



(PRAYER 祈り)
Lord Jesus, we give You most hearty thanks because You have revealed
to us saving truth of Your Gospel.

主イエス様、あなたに心から感謝いたします。あなたが、福音の救いの真理
を啓示してくださったからです。

Grant us grace to continue in Your Word, that we walk not after our
own thoughts, but worship You in spirit and in truth.

あなたの御言葉を信じ続けることができますように。私たち自身の思いに
よって歩くことがありませんように。心の底から、そして真実にあなたを
拝することができますように。

Preserve Your Word for our children, that they may walk in Your ways
and remain Your people for generations to come. Amen.

私たちの子孫のためにあなたの御言葉をお守りください。これから先代々
にわたり、子孫たちがあなたの道を歩き続け、あなたの民としてとどまり
続けますように。
